Description: This stakeholder represents entities acting as an agent for VDOT for video distribution. VDOT policy allows up to three private contractors to serve as video clearinghouses.

Emergency Management for VDOT Culpeper District ITS Architecture
• Collect current traffic conditions from sensors and surveillance equipment.
• Disseminate traffic-related data to other centers, the media, and travelers via the driver information systems (DMS, HAR).
• Monitor traffic sensors and surveillance (CCTV) equipment.

Freeway Management for VDOT Culpeper District ITS Architecture
