Federal Installations and Law Enforcement

Definition:

This element represents agencies that respond to major disasters that will impact the VA/DC/MD area. Examples of federal installations are GAO, Military etc. (Note the list is not inclusive but provides the reader with a general idea of the type of organizations). It also represents federal law enforcement agencies (e.g., FBI) with direct feeds from traffic management agencies allowing them to view CCTV images. Camera control is not provided to the federal law enforcement agencies. This system is only planned to be used during emergency situations.
