This market package allows the VDOT NOVA STC to manage the HOV lanes on the freeway system. The HOV lane operation schedules vary by time of day and are based on traffic demand. The VDOT NOVA STC uses these lanes to help alleviate traffic condition during morning and evening peak hour periods.
