This market package represents the VDOT NOVA STC management of the freeway reversible lane facilities. The package includes the field equipment, physical lane access controls, and associated control electronics that manage and control these special lanes. This market package also includes the equipment used to electronically manage right-of-way to address dynamic demand changes and special events.
