Definition:

Stakeholder element for the operators of the future HOT lanes in Northern Virginia. The elements and the interfaces with this stakeholder will be identified and validated as HOT lanes projects become reality.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Electronic Toll Collection
• Operate High-Occupany Toll (HOT) lanes in the NOVA region including toll collection, administration and coordination with other VDOT toll facilities.
