I-95 Corridor Coalition

Definition:

The I-95 Corridor Coalition has public agencies along the I-95 corridor as its members. Member agencies share information with one another and sponsor projects together to improve transportation in the region.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Emergency Management
• Interface with other transportation agencies to support coordinated emergency response invovling multiple agencies
• Supports coordination of evacuation plans among federal state and local transportation, emergency and law enforcement agencies that may be involved in a large scale evacuation

Incident Management
• Interface with VDOT NOVA and other transportation agencies to support coordinated emergency/incident response involving multiple agencies on the I-95 Corridor
