Federal Law Enforcement Agencies

Definition:

This stakeholder represents federal law enforcement (e.g., FBI, Capital Police, Secret Service etc) with direct feeds to traffic management agencies allowing them to view CCTV images, but do not have control. This ability will only be realized during emergency situations.
