- Receive vehicle speeds from INDOT speed monitoring system.
- Support enforcing designated speed limit in Work Zone area.
- Indiana Department of Transportation
Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinate construction planning with other maintenance and construction agencies
- Manage work zones for INDOT maintenance and construction activities, and monitor work zone safety with field equipment and vehicles.
- Monitor freeway system
- Provide maintenance and construction information to the traveling public using portable DMS devices.
