Waze

Definition:

Waze is the world's largest community-based traffic and navigation app. The Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) and Waze, the real-time, crowdsourced navigation app, have launched a partnership to improve travel information. Designed to share publicly available traffic information, the partnership will be facilitated through the Waze Connected Citizens Program.
