This element represents the MPOs in the Southwestern Region.Examples are Cities of Danville, Lynchburg Metropolitan Planning Organizations, Lynchburg District Region 2000 Regional Commission, Tri-Cities MPO that are responsible for comprehensive planning of three urbanized cities in the Bristol District of Virginia and also the Bristol city of Tennessee.
