Eastern Transportation Coalition
Definition:
The Eastern Transportation Coalition has public agencies along the Eastern (I-95) corridor as its members. Member agencies share information with one another and sponsor projects together to improve transportation in the region.

Emergency Management
- Interface with other transportation agencies to support coordinated emergency response invovling multiple agencies
- Supports coordination of evacuation plans among federal state and local transportation, emergency and law enforcement agencies that may be involved in a large scale evacuation
- Interface with VDOT NOVA and other transportation agencies to support coordinated emergency/incident response involving multiple agencies on the I-95 Corridor
