Description: This element represents all of the ESS throughout the Commonwealth of VA that obtain environmental conditions information from sensors along primary roadways. Climatic conditions measured include Air Temperature, Relative Humidity, Wind Speed and Direction, Precipitation Type and Intensity, Visibility/Air Quality.
