This market package represents the VDOT NOVA Maintenance and Construction Operations directing activity in work zones, controlling traffic through portable dynamic message signs (DMS) and informing other centers of their activity (e.g., VDOT NOVA STC, VDOT NOVA STSS, NOVA Local Public Safety Centers, NOVA Local Signal Centers NOVA Local Transit Centers, VDOT NOVA Safety Service Patrol, and Virginia State Police) for better coordination management.
