Inventory

Each stakeholder agency, company, or group owns, operates, maintains or plans ITS systems in the region. The Regional ITS Architecture inventory is a list of "elements" that represent all existing and planned ITS systems in a region as well as non-ITS systems that provide information to or get information from the ITS systems.

Ben Franklin Paratransit Vehicle	Paratransit vehicles owned and operated by Ben Franklin Transit.
Ben Franklin Stacy Street Transit Center	Transit stop and park and ride lot located in the City of Prosser.
Ben Franklin Three Rivers Transit Center	Transit stop and park and ride lot located in the City of Kennewick.

Benton County Emergency Management	Incicdent respnse and emergency dispatch for Benton County and the jurisdicitons within.
Benton-Franklin Council of Governments Data Archive	Gathers and archives regional traffic data.
Commercial Vehicle	Regional vehicle freight traffic, mainly agricultural products.
Franklin County Emergency Management	Incident response and emergency dispatch for Franklin County and the jurisdicitons located within.
Freight Railroads	Freight rail throughout the region with a major rail hub in Pasco.
Kennewick Field Equipment	Field equipment owned and operated by the City of Kennewick used for network surveillance, railroad grade crossings, and traffic signals.
Kennewick Maintenance Vehicle	Perfoms maintenance duties on Kennewick city streets.
Kennewick Traffic Operations Center	Monitors traffic issues and technology in the city of Kennewick.
Local City Field Equipment	Field equipment owned and operated by cities other than Kennewick, Pasco, Richland and West Richland used for traffic signals and network surveillance.
Local City Traffic Operations Center	Monitors traffic issues and technology at the city level for the region except Kennewick, Pasco, Richland and West Richland.
Local Public Safety Centers	This element represents all the local police and fire departments in the region performing emergency management activities.
Local Public Safety Vehicles	This element represents all the local public safety vehicles in the region performing emergency management activities.
Media	News agencies in paper, web, radio, and television formats to inform the public of traffic issues.
Mission Support Alliance Emergency Services	Coordinates emergency management for the Hanford area.
Mission Support Alliance Traffic Services	Monitors traffic on the Hanford reservation.

WSDOT Field Equipment	Field equipment owned and operated by WSDOT used for state route traffic signals, network surveillance, message signs, weather stations, commercial vehicle roadside equipment and permanent traffic recorders.
WSDOT Maintenance Vehicle	Perfoms maintenance duties on WSDOT state routes.
WSDOT Roadway Service Patrol Vehicle	Service patrol vehicle operated by WSDOT on the Interstate highways.
WSDOT SC Region TMC	Manages day to day traffic operations for the WSDOT south central region.
WSP District 3 Communications Center	The district 3 headquarters is located in Union Gap, with detachment offices located in Grandview, Kennewick, and Walla Walla. Communicates and perfoms day to day operations with WSP Troopers and local law enforcement.
WSP Vehicle	Responds to state and local law enforcement duties along with incident response.
