This element consists of the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Engineering District 11–0 office in Bridgeville, PA responsible for Allegheny, Beaver, and Lawrence counties within the Region. The element includes personnel and existing/future systems that provide maintenance and construction coordination along PennDOT roadways and additional traffic management and emergency management services through the Western Region TMC.
