Description
The SPC CommuteInfo Ridesharing Program provides prospective customers and registered users with traveler information on transit, shared ride and ride–matching services, helping commuters in the ten county SPC region to select from a variety of alternate travel options. The CommuteInfo program matches users to more than a hundred subsidized vanpools, many of them providing shared ride service into downtown Pittsburgh or Oakland from locations across the region. Future services will automate many of these travel information features.
