Description: This element represents those of statewide ESS that are installed in the Southwestern region that obtain environmental conditions information from sensors along primary roadways. Climatic conditions measured include Air Temperature, Relative Humidity, Wind Speed and Direction, Precipitation Type and Intensity, Visibility/Air Quality.
