Roles and Responsibilities

• Collect and maintain data and data catalogs from one or more data sources.
• Collects and archives traffic and environmental information directly from the roadside for use in off-line planning, research, and analysis.
• Perform advanced data analysis and mining features to support discovery of information, patterns, and correlations in large ITS archives.
• Perform quality checks, error notification, and archive coordination.
• Select and format data residing in an ITS archive to facilitate local, state, and federal government data reporting requirements.

• Collect and store information supporting the operations of traveler information service providers for use by operations personnel or data archives in the region.
• Collect and store traffic management data for use by operations personnel or data archives in the region.
