Description: VDOT Regional Traffic Incident Management Information Systems (RTIMIS) element represents the software tool that will gather and consolidate real time traffic incident information collected independently by different agencies and jurisdiction in the Hampton Roads areas so that traffic incident can be managed timely and efficiently.
