- Collect data for schedule generation and adjustment on-board a transit vehicle.
- Allow communication between the vehicle, operator, and center.
- Collect transit vehicle loading data and make it available to the transit center.
- Manage fixed route transit operations including planning, scheduling, and dispatching associated with fixed and flexible route transit services, updating customer service operator systems, and providing current vehicle schedule adherence and optimum scenarios for schedule adjustment.
