Description: Agreement between the University of Maryland, Center for Advanced Transportation Technology (CATT) on behalf and for the benefit of the Capital Wireless Integrated Network ("CapWIN") and VDOT for the purpose of establishing the terms and conditions for participation in and use of the CapWIN System.
