This License Agreement (Agreement) is entered into by and between TrafficCast (TC) and Virginia Department of Transportation ("Licensee") as of the Effective Date: March , 2003.
1) Licensed Products/Services. The following products and services as delivered to VDOT by TC -- TC Travel-Time/Speed Database and TC Travel Time/Speed Channel for the geographic areas served by the Northern Virginia Smart Traffic Center only (based on historical, weather, construction, incident, and speed where available), which provide the following traffic data:
- Estimated/predicted travel times on all links, which VDOT can disseminate on its VMS,
- Geo-coded construction data on all links, and
- Geo-coded incident data on all links.
The VDOT shall be authorized to use the licensed products to conduct traffic management and operations (Licensed Services) for geographic areas served by the Northern Virginia Smart Traffic Center only.
