This data flow contains traveler alerts and advisories that report regionally relevant current and forecasted road weather conditions and may include road temperatures, icy/flooded road conditions, and other information that may impact the traveler in a vehicle. Alerts and Advisories are provided to a traveler's in-vehicle device based on the location, route, or timeframe. It consists of the following data item which is defined in its own DDE:
