tep-work_zone_intrusion_warning
This data flow contains a warning from a roadside device to emergency personnel that a work zone intrusion has been detected. The warning could be an auditory alarm that warns any personnel nearby. Alternatively the warning could be a data communication to devices carried by the personnel. This warning could be to all personnel within a radius of the device, or it could be directed to specific personnel who have been judged to be at risk based upon knowledge of their location and knowledge of the location of the intrusion.
