digital_signature_credential
This data flow represents a certificate, which in a public key infrastructure (PKI) scheme, is an electronic document that uses a digital signature to bind a public key with an identity — information such as the name of a person or an organization, their address, and so forth. The certificate can be used to verify that a public key belongs to an individual. This may also include additional user permissions for a specific geographic area or jurisdiction or set of connected vehicle applications or services, e.g. signal preemption.
