personal_vehicle_connected_vehicle_data
This data flow provides outputs from personal portable information devices or other type of mobile equipment to vehicle-based onboard equipment (OBE) and represents any secure data exchange within the Connected Vehicle Environment. It will include common data fields that are shared by all secure messages, including a verifiable timestamp, a verifiable geographic location of the sender's origin, and a digital signature. The information may also be encrypted to protect sensitive data content.
