This data flow is sent to the Credentials Management System Operator by the Identify Misbehaving Connected Vehicle Devices function. It contains status of security actions, feedback on certain misbehavior investigations, presentation of policy, or other outputs to support identification and investigations of misbehaving end entities (another system/device) in the connected vehicle environment.
