road_use_payment_confirmation
This data flow is used within the Provide Open Road Tolling function and contains confirmation that the previous request for the road use charge to be deducted from the driver's onboard equipment, including a traveler card/payment device, has been completed successfully. This data is collected on-board the vehicle by roadway processes and is passed to center processes.
