emissions_zone_incentives_coordination
This data flow is sent from the Manage Emissions function to the Provide Electronic Payment Services function to establish incentives for use of special low emissions zones (areas of the roadway or specific streets/highways in which only certain types of vehicles can operate in order to lower the emissions and pollutants). This flow will contain the suggested updated pricing for the roadway along with the timeframe and geographic area over which the incentive applies.
