This data flow is sent by another application authorization center to support the coordination of requests for permission to access or use connected vehicle applications or services. This coordination may occur based on geographical boundaries or based on different allocation of the scope of services covered by an authorization center. It consists of the following items each of which is defined in its own DDE:
