reduced_speed_zone_timing
This data flow is used to indicate the times during which the speed limit has been reduced from the normally posted speed limit. This may be due to environmental or weather conditions such as the duration of a storm warning. This may also be due to a work zone or school schedule. This data flow provides the start location and end times for the reduced speed zone. The data flow consists of the following data items each of which is defined in its own DDE:
