signal_phase_response_state_to_vehicle
This data flow sent from Provide Device Control processes to onboard processes contains the current state of an indicator that is being used to control traffic on the roads. It is used to check that the indicator is performing as requested and may form the basis for a fault report if it is not. The data flow identifies the indicator state. Examples of typical states are correct operation, not responding, stuck on phase, and phase will not respond.
