This data flow is sent to Emergency Personnel (i.e. the driver of an Emergency Vehicle) by the Manage Traffic function and contains instructions for drivers to stop their vehicles (red), prepare to stop their vehicles (amber), or that they have permission to proceed (green) along the road or highway.
