This flow enables centers (e.g., vehicle manufacturers and fleet operators) to transmit non-specified, possibly proprietary, data to and from specific vehicles. Beyond a standard message wrapper, the data content of this flow is unique to an organization or group (e.g. a specific vehicle manufacturer) and not interoperable beyond the organization or group.
