1.1.2.12: Monitor Dynamic Lane Usage
This process shall monitor dynamic lanes, e.g. specific roadway lanes, shoulders, or portions of a road network that may be used for specific classes of vehicles - transit, emergency, etc. This process shall also accept parameters for monitoring lane usage and determining when lanes are being used by private vehicles unauthorized to use the lane. When a lane violation has been detected this process may send notification to an Enforcement Center.
