7.4.1.9: Process Roadside Electric Charging Payments

This process shall be responsible for transacting payments for the use of electric charging stations. The process shall exchange payment information (e.g. charging rates, times, vehicle/account info) with a centralized process as well as with the actual charging system devices. This process shall exchange request for payment and payment details with nearby connected vehicles using short range communications. Based on the required fees and account information this process shall send the data to the center for transactions with the appropriate financial institution.
