Florida Data Exchange Platform for Operational Technology (DEPOT)

Project Description: The Florida Data Exchange Platform for Operational Technology (DEPOT), previously known as the V2X Data Exchange Platform, will collect real–time CAV data and package data for distribution to Automotive OEMs. This project will include the collection of ITS data in addition to CAV data to create a more robust data platform. DEPOT will service the statewide environment but will be connected and exchange data with district and local transportations systems in support of local CAV deployment. The project will support data analytics engines with the data collected. DEPOT will use other services such as those deployed with the FDOT Security and Credentials Management system to support trusted data exchange.
