This element consists of Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Engineering District Ten, Eleven and Twelve vehicles and includes personnel and existing/future in–vehicle systems for tracking vehicle location and monitoring equipment/operations status for routine maintenance and construction activities and especially for winter maintenance.
