This element includes existing and future PennDOT TMC's, county maintenance offices, and stockpiles located in PennDOT Districts 1–0, 2–0, and 9–0, which are located north,
northeast, and east (respectively) of the Region. The element includes personnel and systems that coordinate with PennDOT entities within the region to perform traffic management, maintenance and construction, and incident/emergency management operations at or near district borders. PennDOT TMC's and RTMC's will coordinate responsibilities under the proposed statewide operations framework.
