Description: Represents the public safety dispatch used by the city/town emergency response personnel in the Lynchburg District. The Roanoke County Public Safety Center planned to have data communication with VDOT Salem TOC and all other public safety centers in this region currently have voice communication capability with VDOT Salem TOC.
