cv_manual_pull-in
This data flow is to show that a manual pull-in is required. If set it means that the commercial vehicle roadside facility operator has invoked a manual pull-in, and all commercial vehicles are to be pulled in, otherwise it means only pull in when requested be the preclearance or safety processes or an operator override.
