pollution_tolerance_data
This data flow contains the levels of pollutants which are tolerable, i.e. the presence of pollutants within the area served by the function at or below this level will not create an "out of specification" condition that may result in a pollution incident being reported. A pollution incident will only be reported if the value for the particular pollutant is exceeded for the length of time specified in the pollution_tolerance_times data flow.
