current_incidents_data_output
This data flow is used within the Manage Traffic function. It contains data about an incident which has just become current and for which a response is needed. The data flow is sent to another process in the Manage Incidents facility for that response to be generated. It consists if the following items each of which is defined in its own DDE:

+ incident_start_time
+ incident_traffic_impact
+ incident_type
+ incident_vehicles_involved
