roadside_data_collection_configuration_data
This data flow provides control commands for the configuration (timing, data types, quality controls) for the collection of data by roadside equipment. This includes the type of data/snapshots that are requested from passing vehicles and reporting parameters such as snapshot frequency, filtering criteria (data thresholds for reporting), and reporting interval that control the type and volume of data reported to the backoffice center
