vehicle_lane_violation_notification_message
This data flow is sent to the driver of an equipped connected vehicle onboard equipment to alert the driver that they have intruded upon a lane that is currently restricted to a certain type of vehicle (i.e. transit vehicle) and that a violation notification has been generated for their vehicle - based on the detected vehicle identity.
