This data flow from the Manage Emission function provides the Provide Driver and Traveler Services function with data to inform the driver they are approaching an area where there are certain parameters for low emissions required to use the roadway (lane, road, region). The message will include the required vehicle configuration, the location(s) over which the restrictions apply, and the timeframe.
