10.1.6: Update Center Display Map Data

This process shall provide updates to a store of digitized map data when a request is received from center operations personnel via their interface process. The map data shall be for use as the background for displays of center operations data requested by the operations personnel through their respective interface processes. This process shall obtain the new map data from the Manage Map Data function, based on timing and other subscription parameters provided by this process.
