7.6.6.3: Provide Road Use Charging Services Personal Interface
This process shall receive periodic road use charging invoice reports from another process in the Provide Open Road Tolling function and send to another process for payment by travelers via personal devices. This process shall accept road use charging user account information and payment, and provide invoice reports to travelers.
