Linkage Authority --> Misbehavior Authority:
cert linkage input

Definitions

cert linkage input (Information Flow): Response to request for authorization certificate linkage data or linkage seed, including encrypted pre-linkage values and their contextual assignments with regard to certificates and end entities, and data describing the linkage value content sufficient to revoke certificate(s) protected by linkage values.

Linkage Authority (Source Physical Object): A linkage authority (LA) is a component of a CCMS that provides inputs to the linkage value calculation process to enable efficient revocation of pseudonym certificates; using two linkage authorities preserves the privacy of an end entity against the authorization certificate authority.

Misbehavior Authority (Destination Physical Object): The 'Misbehavior Authority' is a component of the CCMS that receives reports of malicious or potentially malicious application activities, analyzes them, and determines whether or not to take mitigating actions.

Interoperability Description
Regional Interoperability throughout the geopolitical region is highly desirable, but if implemented differently in different transportation management jurisdictions, significant benefits will still accrue in each jurisdiction. Regardless, this Information Flow Triple should be implemented consistently within a transportation jurisdiction (i.e., the scope of a regional architecture).
