stop_sign_gap_data_to_vehicle
This data flow is sent from the Provide Roadside Control Facilities function to the Provide Vehicle Control and Monitoring function. It provides an a stopped vehicle on a minor road with an indication of an available gap to cross into a major road along with the size of the gap that the onboard equipment can use to determine if it is safe to cross.
